Do you have any Promotions?

YES! We love promotions. Currently, we are offering a Free Cute Gift for any orders over $200. 
Hurry, this is for a limited time only.

How much is the Shipping Fee?

We offer a Flat Fee of $14.95 to all Australia Metro Areas. 

Please note that additional charges may be incurred if delivering to Rural Areas and/or heavier weight orders. If this occurs, we will notify you via email. 

For other countries, shipping costs will be shown on your checkout page. 

Where do you ship to? 

We deliver internationally. 

Can I track my order?

Yes your orders can be tracked. 

Product Allergens?

Some products only list their ingredients in their original language and we do not provide translation services. If you have any concerns regarding allergies, we strongly recommend not to purchase any products you have concerns with. However, you can do a search online which may provide you with the product's ingredients translated in the language you prefer.

Return/Refund Policy 

All orders are packed with the utmost care and all products are carefully packaged.

 

If however you still encounter any issues regarding your order, please reach out via our contact page and we will be happy to resolve your issue. 

Note that no refunds can be issued if a wrong address is provided when placing the order. 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses 

Once orders have been sent out for delivery, we will provide you with the tracking number to which it your responsibility to follow tracking updates , shipping status and advice for their orders. Please contact the courier company should you have any questions or issues with the delivery of your orders.

Note that no refunds can be issued if a wrong address is provided when placing the order. 

If orders are returned to us, you have the option to have it re-delivered and you will need to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order. If this is not your preference, the other option will be to refund your order (excluding shipping costs) and a 40% fee for restocking & administration costs.
