It is created from one Takumi's desire to make drip coffee that is easier and tastier. This is a mocha blend. The slightly deep roasting brings out the mellow aroma and sweetness of mocha beans. The amount of mocha bneans has been increased to make it even more fragrant. 
 
Instructions: simply pull the hook on the cup gently to open the filter mouth wide. No need to cut off the filter. This will reduce the stress when making coffee. The hook is flexible an dthe filter is designed to keep it square. 
 
It fits tightly in teh cup and the filter does not sllip.
