Our Shipping Policy
We offer delivery internationally.
Once orders are processed, we will start to package your products and ship to the designated address.
We will endeavour our best for your orders to arrive in the shortest amount of time possible.
Shipping Fees and Charges
Due to the increase of the courier fees, our shipping rate have increased to a flat rate fee of $14.95 for all orders delivered to Australian Metro Areas.
Please note that additional charges may be incurred if delivering to rural areas and/or heavy weight orders. The extra shipping fee will be approximately $10, however we will notify you via email of the exact amount on the extra charges if this applies to your order.
For all other countries, the shipping fee for your order will be shown on the checkout page.
Tracking
Tracking will be available for orders placed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Once orders have been sent out for delivery, we will provide you with the tracking number to which it your responsibility to follow tracking updates , shipping status and advice for their orders. Please contact the courier company should you have any questions or issues with the delivery of your orders.
Note that no refunds can be issued if a wrong address is provided when placing the order.
If orders are returned to us, you have the option to have it re-delivered and you will need to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order. If this is not your preference, the other option will be to refund your order (excluding shipping costs) and a 40% fee for restocking & administration costs.
